Shipping Policy

LOCAL DELIVERY - Costa Rica

We ship throughout the country through Costa Rican mail and personal deliveries in case the volume of shipments is very high. If you need to modify the delivery address and the package has not been sent to the mail, you can write to us and we will proceed to update the information.The shipping costs are not included in the products, once the products have been added to the cart and proceed to the payment, the 2500 colones charge for shipping the entire purchase.
Shipments are made on Mondays and Wednesdays of every week except holidays.In the case of shipments made through Correos de Costa Rica, once the purchase is processed we have 1-3 business days to make the shipment to the offices of the mail and you will be given the tracking number so that you can check the location of your package. Correos de Costa Rica takes between 2-3 days to deliver your package.For deliveries that Sacred Goddess makes, you will be contacted through WhatsApp to request the location and thus be able to take your order to where you are.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Packages for international shipping are coordinated with the private company DHL Express and take between 3-8 days to arrive after being sent to the company. You will be given a tracking number where you can check the transit of your package.
There may be extra charges such as the payment of income taxes to the country which must be covered by the buyer. We recommend finding out in advance about the payment of tariffs for products that enter the country of destination.

The company is not responsible of packages once they are shipped However, we will do our best to help you in any eventuality.

No exchange or returns are made for international deliveries. Please let me know if there is any issue with your order

All our products have a 30-day guarantee from the day the item reaches your hands.
 
If a product arrives damaged or broken due to mishandling by couriers, send us a message immediately with a photo or video of your product and we will send you a replacement.
 
We make changes due to manufacturing defects, it does not apply due to mishandling of the product, changes in the color of the jewelry, broken or cracked objects.
 
To make a product change, the customer must send the product back and once received we will proceed to make the change. We return the money under special conditions and that the product is in perfect condition.
 
No changes are made to products such as palo santo, white sage, white copal, edible products, personal care products and essential oils of the Aromaflor brand. In case of having complaints about the quality of the product, consult directly with the brand.
In the case of jewelry with natural crystals, each piece is unique, so the color and size may vary a little, as well as its price. The stones, despite being elements with high hardness, can be fragile so we recommend that you treat them with love since we do not change stones / broken crystals. We make custom pieces so you can also write to us if you have something in mind.
