What payment methods can I use?

Through the website you can make payments with your debit or credit card, these are executed through the payment providers paypal and 2checkout. You do not need to have an account to make the purchase.
You can also make the payment by bank transfer or mobile SINPE by writing to our social networks or at +506 85365836 and request your product. It is important that you let us know as soon as possible the items you want to purchase in order to reserve them and subtract them from the inventory available on the website

How can I maintain my jewelry shiny?

Care that you must have so that your Goddess jewels are kept in perfect condition:

Avoid exposing them in water and if so, try to dry them to prevent moisture from darkening the pieces.
Store them in a dry place and in separate compartments from the rest of your jewelry.

Do not apply perfumes, alcohol, creams, oils with the jewelry on, this applies to gems and crystals. Make sure that jewelry is the last accessory you add to your look.

How much time does it take to receive my order?

It may take between 1-3 days to process your order and between 3-4 business days after being sent to the Costa Rica Post Office. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the trajectory of your purchase.

Do the products have a guarantee?

The jewelry has a one-month warranty and all products that are not considered skin care. Aromaflor brand products are not changed.

The guarantee applies ONLY for domestic orders, no returns or exchanges for International Shipping


Do you make personalized jewelry?

Yes, if you have an idea in mind and want us to carry it out for you, send us a message and photos of what you want and we will make a quote for you.

I want something that is out of stock or they do not have in the store, would you help me to acquire it?

If you are looking for something specific and you would like us to offer it in the store, we can evaluate the possibility of acquiring it for you, contact us and we will provide you with the information.

How do I clean and activate my stones / gems?

It is very important to clean the stones energetically before being used, especially if we are going to work with them and we are going to wear them as jewelry. At @sacredgoddess we clean and intentional each piece so that you receive it with high vibrations, however it is important that you are cleaning and activating its energy regularly, especially if they are exposed to dense environments or people.

DO NOT ALLOW any person to touch the gems whether you use them as a garment or are in a space, since there is an exchange of energy and these may not be the most optimal for you.

CLEANING:

ACTIVATION:
Take at least 5 minutes to intent each crystal. Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes, take several deep breaths and think about the help you want to receive from the crystal, it could be protection, love, peace or maybe something more concrete like a new job, breaking a conflictive relationship, a problem, manifest a trip, etc. Imagine the desired scenario and visualize yourself as if you already have it.
